CONTEXT
My junior year, I was the Alumnae Relations Chairwoman for my sorority, Gamma Phi Beta. I was the first to hold this position when our executive board decided that it was necessary to have someone connecting with our alumnae. I then acted as a liaison between alumnae and current chapter members, and brainstormed new ways to keep our alumnae engaged, updated, and connected with their sisters.
CLIENT
At the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, I am proud to be a member of various organizations, specifically Gamma Phi Beta Omicron Chapter. I was apart of the organization all four years and now I am a proud alum.
SOLUTION
To keep my audience engaged, I designed newsletters sent out bimonthly to update alumnae on current events, corresponded with over 500 alumnae chapter members over email, and hosted alumnae during certain chapter events to promote sisterhood and philanthropic success.
EXECUTION
Gamma Phi Beta Newsletter (1/2)
Gamma Phi Beta Newsletter (1/2)
Gamma Phi Beta Newsletter (2/2)
Gamma Phi Beta Newsletter (2/2)
ACTIVATION

Through these executions, we did connect our Gamma Phi Beta alumnae and had them attend over four events in one year! It was also fun for our current members to receive these newsletters and it became apparent that they were preferred to keep up with current events on both the chapter and their sisters.
